I have been dipping my toes into programming for 16-bit Windows (or trying to). I have been working through "Running Visual Basic for Windows" by Ross Nelson. The book mentions a companion floppy disk that you could send in for. I've looked in all the places online I can think of for a disk image, but have come up empty. Anyone have a copy, or know where I might find a floppy image? Many thanks!
