Hi! I have a program called Template Creator. It is a utility to create, handle, organize and use template files. It has versions for DOS, Windows and the C64--the C128 version doesn't work. You can get it at https://sourceforge.net/projects/tmpcreat/files/. If you program for DOS, I have a few Turbo C and NASM code templates there as well but only a few.
