Hi! I'm sorry about the OT post, but this is the closest I have to what I want. I created a program called Template Creator. It is a utility that creates, handles, organizes and uses template files. It has versions for DOS, Windows and the Commodore 64--the Commodore 128 version doesn't work. You can find it at https://sourceforge.net/projects/tmpcreat/files/.
