I was getting an error about the installer not being able to install the package or whatever, I can't remember the error exactly, when trying to install Daemon tools on my win98 rig. The solution was simple. Install windows installer 2.0

Location: Australian but living in the UK for now

Yeh few things need the updated installer, Daemon tools been my main one as well
Office 2003 will also update the installer (useful for Win2K machines)
