I have seen it listed in Borland's Ads, I just uploaded an ad from Byte October 1987 listing it. It must not have sold that well or came out later as Turbo Basic was being discontinued by Borland and sold to back to Bob Zale.

Interesting, never heard of it. Funny though that all those ads avoid mentioning Quick Basic.
Not even the dosdays site. They merely talk about GW-BASIC and and QBasic. Funny.
Edit: The Toolbox, I mean. I've heard of Turbo Basic before, of course.
And Power Basic, which was better known by the 90s.
