Mitsumi CDROM with I think the right drivers. It works for reading data.
Running the game in DOS off the CD.

Tested the image I have in DOSBox and it's the one with voices, but when I go to play it on the hardware there are no voices. I install with Soundblaster set for all the different audio settings and no voices. I g et music and soud effects but no idea what is going on! (I mean I've played it, I know what's going on but that's only good for me.)

I checked that the analog cable is going from the CDROM to the card. I also have PC Speaker wired to the card (I want to be able to stream from this machine eventually.)

I suspect this isn't the only game I'm going to run into this issue with and I'm sure it's something I knew 30 years ago 😜
