Somehow it messes up the GUI of the Forward/Backward Buttons.

I know it doesn't seem like much, but for me, it's not very user friendly, and it can be confusing.

I don't know if it's been updated, because I'm using the 2006/2007 Auto-Patcher for Windows, which now is 15+ years old at this point.
