Please when someone has this list, share with me.
Thanks.

SB is basic Sound Blaster support without stereo playback support.

SBPRO means the Sound Blaster Pro and supports stereo playback for digitized sounds.

SB16 stands for the Sound Blaster 16 and in addition to being able to do stereo playback (whose method isn't backwards compatible with the SBPro), it brings 16-bit mixing support.

Andcespecially between SB16 and AWE?

In this game, the AWE is an alias for the SB16. Not that surprising given that the AWE is a superset of the SB16 with the EMU8K synth onboard.

This Game use the wavetable on AWE?

No, it doesn't take advantage of the EMU8K in any capacity.
