Hi,

I made my own VGM file "Optimizer" mainly because the .VGM files I did for Monkey island based on DOSBox are huge.

So, My tool divide by 10 the file size for the monkey island musin in CMS extracted from DosBOX.

I decided to not keep it for me and I published the source and EXE on GitHub.
I suppose it can be easily adapted for .DRO as well.
