Hi All!

I have to show off something. Some time ago i asked about a Sound Galaxy Pro 16 II card (MMSN845) and its Waveblaster connector. Since then, i made some tests, experiments, prototypes and finally made such a tiny Waveboard Nano module :

Same chip as in Dreamblaster S2, but i think module is bit smaller than S2 😀

But that was just the beginning. I also made some experiments with a VLSI VS1053 chip, and made another little module called Waveboard Nano VS:

Jumpers on this module are used to configure an EarSpeaker effect - stereo enhancement implemented in VS1053 chip.

Now it's time for some work with ESS ES692 😀

I feel honored 😀

I think that everyone knows, how sounds the SAM2695 - it sounds good. But not everyone knows, how the EarSpeaker implemented in VS1053 works.
Here is link to my soundcloud, where i posted tracks: Doom II "Endgame" and Descent - setup played on a Waveboard Nano VS with different settings of EarSpeaker. I think that these tracks sound better with active EarSpeaker effect: low or medium.

Use a headphones! 😀
