The creator mentions in the comments that he utilised this driver => "Realtek AC'97 Audio 4.82"
I am not able to find this specific driver anywhere and was wondering whether anyone has got a copy for Windows 98 ?

Thank you, I appear to be using the same sound driver that Phil included in his pack. However, the driver that the person is using in the video I shared seems to activate MIDI music in MS-DOS Games via the Windows 98 shell. I cannot get MIDI working with Phil's driver when accessing DOS games direct via Windows 98.
I do have plans to pop in a SOLO1 sound card but thought I'd try find the driver in any event 😀
My drivers are working, just like the ones in the video. Dont know why on Win98 (hiden legacy mode?) But yep MIDI, and SB 220/7/1. The audio device shows up at interrupt 10 in the control panel.

You could use SBEMU AC97 as an alternative.
