I remember that the seller said this card was removed from the IBM5160.
Should I believe it?
I'm not even sure if this is a sound card

this might came from a 5160 but it is only uses the ISA bus for voltages - the only pins connected are GND, +5v , -5v , +12v and -12v
so this is not a soundcard or any other card that can communicate with the PC
