I have got this Mozart 16 sound card with OPL3 chip. However I can't get it working. I have tried several installation setups but each time in the sound check the FM synth fails. Digital voice works fine but when testing fm synth it gives me an error "hardware can't initialize". If I continue the installation, after installation in next booting time the driver is saying "can't find Mozart card".

Is this card broken? I was assured it was tested properly in Linux system while I am using it for dos/windows
