Try from Creative its self.

Thats where i got mine from. OPL works as it should. You can even chose adlib in dos games and it just works!
Re cap the sucker as they will be bad by now

You need the same driver as for the other SB16 cards (from the SBBASIC archive.) In addition to that you will need a PnP TSR (like Creative's own CTCM) loaded before the driver loads, as this is a PnP card. (can be obtained from the CTCMBBS archive.)
Install CTCM first, set values as desired, install the sound driver afterwards.
For very old games that only support AdLib (from before the Sound Blaster times), you will need another TSR (SB-SOUND.COM) which will re-route the instructions sent to the AdLib to the correct address of the Vibra.

Ok I have it all working in my setup with the caps changed as they were bad and using the creative drivers. Everyone has there own way. The creatve drivers dont need the seperate TSR to work. But hay dosnt matter as what i have working must be wrong.....
