Hey! Been importing VGM files into Chipsynth PortaFM to capture the patches for music making.

Anybody know why the sounds seemingly fly around into random channels during the progression of the music?

ie, the Monkey Island soundtrack - if you solo one of the channels it'll randomly/momentarily be Bass, a Snare drum, a Lead instrument... does this have something to do with how the SCUMM engine processed the sound data?
