I've got for any months this old sound card. This soundcard has no name or modelnumber, no FCC-ID too. I want to know what is with this card, maybe someone here knows this card? I hope so. And, if maybe someone has this soundcard can send me the software.

That's a neat little card. Hizon made a daughterboard using the same synth and 0.5 MB Dream patchset ROM.

Looks like a Dream SAM9233.

I have something that looks like your card. It's a Tango-100 card.
Perhaps you have the same kind of chip under the reddish sticker.

Yes, that appears to be the controller chip. Please peal the sticker to see what's underneath.

This card got a lot of similarities, an AD Chips CMI 8329A based one:

Similar but with some differences. Card from Amazon have waveblaster connector for external wavetable daughterboard. And is only FM synth based with additional wavetable chips not soldered.
BTW what are two small chips in heart of the card? Is PCB originaly designed for sound chip with separate codec?

nicetux:
PCB of Your card is an universal design. There can be almost same card with Crystal, Dream and Windbond chip deleted. And replaced by different wavetable - single-chip solution Yamaha OPL4-ML. But You need drivers for main chip hidden by label. Is it ALS, CMI or other?

When i searched for Tango-100, i checked FCC ID and found same company as Tango-100 made wanted Ultrapromise card. D&B; International Computer Inc - MA5:
