Too easy, it's a good card also.

sc4081me_9x is what you want. It's ~ 20 MB, so I can't attach it, but I'm sure I got it from the Vogons driver archive.

Just run the installer and that's it. To get sound in DOS command prompt as well as MS-DOS mode, open the TB control panel and tick the DOS check box.

I have the "Applications and Drivers" CD that came with the card.
If there is interest I could make an iso for vogonsdrivers.

Please do. I've yet to play with my cards but would love to have the full software package around.

I've uploaded the iso here
https://www.dropbox.com/s/vxjnkzy9eus8c ... z.iso?dl=0

click "No thanks, continue to view" and download

The iso is about 585 MB in size

Unfortunately my printer didn't do the best job scanning the CD .
Edit -- slightly better scan of the CD...

There's a second applications CD labelled eJaySE.
It's about 660 MB in size.

If you want to look at that, I've uploaded the iso at

The paper envelope it came in had a different serial number than the Applications CD.

Here's what the CD looks like...
