I just recieved second AWE32 CT2760 and I noticed that they're on different layout.
The top one is from 42 week 1994 and the bottom one is from 20 week 1994.

How do you thing are there any differences between this versions beside layout?

That's pretty interesting - kind of a big redesign of the layout even before any of the chips got newer versions. The 019401 must be the first AWE32 revision ever released.

And in my opinion it sounds better than 039436 - like there is less chorus and its cleaner - but that's just my personal opinion.

Bottom card is the CT2760 Rev. 3, its full PnP.

Nope, the bottom card is the very 1st revision of the CT2760 and btw. all CT2760 cards are non-PnP.
The PnP versions of the AWE32 series include both CT3980 and CT3990.
