So excited that I've seen this exists. I've seen a local classified ad for a Roland MT-32 (very near me) and if I can get it, then I'd be in the market for this card to avoid hunting a real MPU-401.
I'm also in the process of getting a 486 setup with possibly a SB2.0 or SB16, so I'll be re-entering the world of late 80's and early 90's DOS games with a blast if all works out.

Ok, so I'm going to SoftMPU route.

I could be making my own adapter: http://midi.teragonaudio.com/hardware/pc_intfc.htm
but.....ugh, I'm feeling lazy and buying it for 10 euros.

I ordered this DB15-midi adapter:
https://www.serdashop.com/DB15MIDI

I'm ordering a pair of these 6.4 mm jack (M) to rca (F) adapters
https://www.primecables.ca/fr/p-317426-cab-71 … ted-primecables

and a 15 feet M to M midi cable (lol, their shorter lengths are out of stock)
https://www.primecables.ca/fr/p-312993-cab-85 … price#sku312995

I already have a mini-jack M (line in) cable to double rca M (roland output)

I should be set?
