I got a guspnp and every time i run some programs from the source directory it return that message : "can't open message file". For instance, iwinit.exe return it 4 times, play.exe write it every time it play a file. Also it seem to mask information that would be in that so called message file.

It's like I'm missing a message file that contain text the programs should display, or it is broken or cannot find ?

I would like to avoid to reinstall and redo all the config.

The included software does indeed make use of "message files"; files that contain messages that are to be displayed by the software. In some releases, they are in a languages sub-directory of the installation path, and have an MLS extension. They are likely to be different, depending on the version and/or language of the software you have installed, so you may be better off looking for them on the original installation media.
