I got a Audigy 2 ZS and I got the ISO from the Vogons driver library. I see that I should go to audio\drivers on the cd/iso and run CTZAPXX.exe for the VxD drivers.

Anything else beyond that? Any of the software usefull or just crapware?

No, you can't. Vxd drivers are in vxd.cab and ctzapxx can't find them.
Copy to a HDD, unpack then run ctzapxx.

What I did was to use the CD and install just the drivers, which installs the WDM drivers and then reboot. Go in to the Creative folder, run the utility there to switch to VxD, reboot.

After that I installed just the diag utility and the EAX Console.
