I've seen some Intel Atom powered rackmount servers that might work. You'll have to add a MIDI and audio interface though.

Sadly it doesn't work for me. From earlier on in this thread:

I'll stick to the laptop at the moment, as it isn't possible to switch my display back to my DOS machine (connected via DVI) without rebooting it. So also running it on my main PC isn't an option.
