Of what device?
There are two devices I am interested in. The Voodoo Lab Ground Control and the Rocktron Patchmate. Ground Control has a 7 pin out and a 5 pin in, the Patchmate has a 5 pin out and a 7 pin in. Can you tell the pin outs?

You could have told they are MIDI devices. Did you even tried reading the manuals?
There is no single UART Tx pin, but a pair of pins.
Standard MIDI output is not a single output pin referenced to ground, but differential output, pin 4 sourcing current and pin 5 sinking current.
99% of the time pin 4 is a fixed source and pin 5 is the one that wiggles the data out by sinking or not sinking current.
According to manuals, Patchmate input is completely compatible with standard 5-pin midi but extra pins used for phantom power. Same thing with Ground Control.
Sorry for misstating the thread.
Also, the TC Electronic G Force has 5 pin MIDI In and Out.
