Received this sound card a long time ago, just now got around to figuring out what the hell this thing is. Unfortunately, Googling the numbers on the chips give me nothing at all, leaving me dead in the water not knowing what this card is. Below are Gyazo links to the images, due to this websites rather outdated 5 MB image limit.

YMF744, uses the same drivers as the more common YMF724. It is a good sound chipset, but the card you show is a bit bare.

As for the "manufacturer", "Power Data" seems to be the name of the manufacturer or brand. pretty typical Chinese or Taiwanese generic manufacturer, I'd wager.
