Hello!

I do not remember if this is the normal behavior of the plug and play cards. Every time I restart the computer my Sound Blaster has an IRQ, DMA or Address totally different from the last boot.

This means that I have to reconfigure the games every time I execute them.

Is there a way to hard set these parameters?

Thanks!

Try running CTCU again and verify that the default resources have been allocated to your sound card (Base port 220h, DMA 1 & 5, IRQ 5, MPU-401 Port 330h, & EMU synthesis port E620).

Maybe if it helps, you can edit the cfg files and write protect them 😁
