I love DHL because sometimes they deliver pure happiness))
Ohh yes... just received some PCBs from the factory

In comparison with DIY prototype

It fits great in ISA slot:

ph 09.04.2019, 12 29 28.jpg

And has a nice 1mm gap for the metal bracket:

ph 09.04.2019, 12 29 53.jpg

Still receiving components for DIY kits, this is just about 1/10 of all it needs:

Currently I'm working on assembly manual and preparing a big youtube video about this project.

If anyone is interested and wants to build the card yourself - DIY kits will be available soon for about 85 EUR (estimated), which will include ENIG-finished PCB (gold-plated), custom metal bracket, all components (157 in total) and a printed assembly manual. If you only want the card and do not want to solder it yourself - I can solder and check it for you.

Firmware source code will be available on Github as soon as everything will be ready.

I notice your prototype uses a whole lot of IC sockets.

Are you planning on supplying sockets for all the ICs on the production boards?

I'd prefer sockets only for ICs that are flashable, like the ATmega chip, or other chips that particularly susceptible to heat damage. (and maybe the Opamp ICs in the amplifier, as people like to switch them)

All ICs were socketed because it was a prototype, so ICs could be changed easily if anything is wrong etc. The kit will only include 28 DIP socket for the Atmega chip for reflashing purposes.
