Hi!
As I'm starting my new build I'm looking for suitable soundcard. The build will be mAtx in low profile case so card have to fit it.
My "dream card" should:
- be on green PCB
- have a wavetable connector
- be good for DOS and for windows 98 as well
- fit low profile case

If anyone have more experience wiht low profile - please help...

Later cheap sound cards using the OPTi 82C93x chips were almost all low-profile with the game port connected by a separate cable. These still often had wavetable headers (rotated 90°). Had such a card in the past, an ExpertColor MED3931.

I hoped that something like "ESS AudioDrive ES1868F" will fit low profile - but it seems to high 🙁
The best option would to find something "cool" - not chepo one...
