I'm working with the MS-DOS Sourceport Boom, and I've been able to find a compatible Instrument Bank (.IBK) file that mimics the Doom 2 instruments. Unfortunately, the timbres seem an octave too low, thus making the music sound worse than normal. I considered going into the IBK file with SBTimbre and manually changing all the octave settings, but they seem normal. Is there any way to patch this so the music sounds normal?
