Has anyone ever encountered the below error before on Windows 95?

I am using the ISO on the Vogons driver library to install my AWE 64 Gold CT4390 into my Win95OSR2 machine. I previously had a SB16 in the same exact ISA slot and have not changed any configuration (bios o Windows) outside of removing all the SB16 files I could find. \

I cant even get Windows to detect the device in device manager and I get this error every time I load, the error is caused by one of the lines added to system.ini, havent narrowed down to exactly which one yet.

My main concern is that the card may be bad since Windows doesn't even see it after doing a full install from the CD in the driver library. Nothing looks wrong with the card and it was stated to work by the seller I got it from.

Anyone have any suggestions?
