You could create a Github issue and explain your problem there or view his E-mail address on Github, provided that you have a Github account.
If you don't, you could clone the repository and look up his E-mail address via git log.

Thanks, the email on the github branch seems to not work.
Don't know how to share the version, tried on github without success. (https://www.dropbox.com/s/ekx2amkc3cdquyl/Dro2Midi.exe?dl=0)
Current version add:
Pitchbenrange switch (Select range 12-24) still buggy (the hightest pitchend goes out of range in 12 range mode but are set to the max pitchbend range), as i cannot contact the developper.
instruments mapping switch (put a custom mapping file with a custom mapping patch name)
Next update if i can resolve my issue: add delay between program change and notes to handle properly the midi specification. it works but i have some weird notes timing...

Hi,

New version is available at the same dropbox link above:
Improved instrument mapping:
- now the immediate program change affect less the sound on real midi device.
- Except the program 1, all other are now set correctly (the first program changes where missing, manually adding was needed, still lack of program 1)
Frequency function is the same as camoto. (Don't think it change something)
12 range pitchbend get a frequency compression. No more out of range pitchbend.
- Improved note off function (fast note too closes were avoided in midi)

The next improvement is to add a delay for patch mapping, but i cannot manage it.
If someone can help me:
The goal is to add a huge midi delay (240) between each midi event writing, in order to expand the working area while keeping the good events spacing.

- New switch -normalpc original behaviour, without now all program change are set even the first ones.
Others:
- Help cleaned
- Corrected timing due to note off delay.

The next improvement still is to add a delay for patch mapping, but i cannot manage it.
With this version quite no midi event editing is needed anymore.
