I'm looking to upgrade the DRAM on my Primax UltraSound Soundstorm Wave. Which is this card:

Am I correct to assume I need a 256x16 SOJ40 chip with a timing somewhere between 50 and 80 ns?

What would be the best timing for this card? Which brands should I look for (and which to avoid)? Does anyone have any chip type numbers that would go well with this card? And lastly, is there a good website for these types of parts (in Europe)?

Any 80ns or faster 256x16 SOJ40 chips as seen on various old video cards will work, there's no preferred chips or characteristics, you can use whatever you can find.
Here are some part numbers that would work : NN5147265J, TMS454160DZ, HY514260B, TC514260BJ, HYB514175BJ, MN414260SJ, HM514260AJ, KM416C256ALJ, uPD42S4260
