Hi guys,

I've ordered a PCIe SB0880 for my XP build, card looks in great shape, yet it's not detected in my XP build, nor my modern Win10 rig that I tested after.
I tried in different PCIe slots in both machines, and it's just like it's not there at all. Nothing in device manager. Running the driver package out of spite gives me an expected error that no compatible device was detected.

I carefully examined the card and don't see anything obviously wrong with it..

Before I get back to the seller, are there any extra steps I haven't thought or don't know about that would be worth trying?
