I'm just wondering if anyone can give me some good examples of what can be plugged in to the Auzentech X-fi Prelude sound cards 40 pin rear header? I know they had their own 'X-Tension' device but I'm not sure if this header was limited to just that item. I'd be interested if anyone has a pin-out for it.

Old reviews for that card say the 40 pin header supports AD_LINK which is the pinout the Audigy 2 and other X-Fi cards use.
I can't confirm it, but you could use a multimeter and see if the grounds and +5V pin line up. If it does those accessories should work with that card.

Anyone tried connecting creative's x-fi front bay to the prelude?
I tried it with no success. Maybe there is a pinout for the prelude header somewhere?
