Ok, so I picked up this card mostly because it: 1. seems to use jumpers to configure the IO, and 2. It has an actual line out option on the card. My other one doesn't and doesn't even have a jumper to disable the onboard amp. Unfortunately, I can't seem to find any documentation as to how to set the jumpers. Stason doesn't have anything on this card FWIW.

The ES1868 is always PnP if I'm not mistaken. Some ES1688 uses jumpers to configure the settings. I think the ES688 is always set with jumpers.

I'm not sure what the jumpers are on the CN3, but looking at other A111-810 cards on google shows the same jumper settings.
