I have a CT2230 that works 100% except for the MIDI interface. Passes all tests in DIAGNOSE. When I connect this card to my MT-32 and run a game, the notes come out all garbled.

Before anyone tells me the issue is speed sensitivity, or resource conflicts - if I swap a different sound blaster in its place it works perfectly. If I swap the problem CT2230 into another system with a working SB16 MIDI, it stops working. Something is wrong with the card and I'd like to figure out what.
