I'm testing a CT2940 that had a short issue on the solder side of the board, when I got it the card must of touched something metal and left two burn marks at a capacitor that went to the closest capacitor too, I didn't take a picture before cleaning it but the two pictures below show one burn mark that I can't clean off. I have tested the negative pins are still attached to the negative rail as one looked like it was separated but luckily everything is still connected, everything on this card works except the output is mono at my mixer it does not have separate left and right channels, changing the left to mute still output to the left and vice versa. In the picture the two caps affected are the two right most. Is this card meant to be mono or is it left/right 2 channel this card has the 1978 chip for FM instead of the OPL3-L chip
