Are there Windows 3.1 drivers for this device? I have what I think are the correct drivers but when I run it, I get only a blank "OK" dialog. Can anyone confirm whether this is an issue with my drivers or if it's something else?

I found a list of other drivers from driverguide, but they are all fake links. I think someone has mentioned elsewhere that it's still possible to download these somehow:
