I wish to connect my MT-32 and SC-55 simultaneouly to my DOS/Win 95 PC with an Orpheus sound card . Is this what I need?https://www.serdashop.com/DB15MIDI

Yes, that would work and you just need standard MIDI cables to go from that to the MT-32 or SC-55.
