Impressive collection. Never saw the SB0110B.
Do you by any chance also have the original "SB1394" cable for connecting the sound card to front panel and getting the front firewire working?

Yes, i have some of those.
I am moving at the moment and a lot of my stuff is in boxes. if i find it i will post a picture.

But if i remember right it is just a shielded straight through cable.

I found the internal FireWire cables.
They are just 1:1 pinned cables.

Be aware that there are 2 different lengths!
The shorter one is for Audigy(1) Platinum ex with the seperate card instead of the internal drive.
The long cable is for regular internal drives.

The internal ribbon cable is super wide and splits into 2 connectors (one for Joystick, and one for Audio stuff)

The external cable also splits into a Joystick connector and a connector for the external drive. The FireWire cable is seperate but attached to the main cable.

Creative is using weird Mini DIN 5 connectors for MIDI on the Drives.
If you cant get some for your Drive you can make your own.
Get either a Mini DIN 5 plug or a Mini DIN 6 plug and remove the PIN not present on the Mini Din 5.
Get a regular DIN 5 socket and wire it up like shown in my picture.

Nothing fancy... just direct wires between the plug and the socket.

The outer ring of the Mini DIN is connected to the small latch connecting to the outer ring of the regular DIN.

Just another little side note:
If you want to use a IDE cable instead of the creative keyed cable you have to use one with all pins unblocked.
Some IDE cables have a closed PIN in the middle that will prevent you from plugging it in the Drive or Soundcard.

You can just remove the plug from a keyed IDE cable too. I've very carefully drilled it out with a 1.5 mm bit a few times, trying to avoid damaging the connection, and cleaned up the hole with an X-acto knife afterwards. Haven't found a single cable where the actual connection wasn't there underneath yet 😀

Here are the two external digital I/O Modules CT4800 (around 1999) and SB0002 (around 2004).
They are basically the same, just different in colour and a slight revision of the circuitboard.

Just another really tiny detail:
The remote on the right side is for "Live! Drive IR". It is missing the "MENU" lable below the center button in the last row.
Even if the model number is "RM-900" in both cases they are slightly different.

Base board is SB0250 and daughterboard is SB0250A.
One of the "newer" drives using the AD_EXT connector and no firewire.

Model Number SB0250 (real Model Number SB0251 based on serial number)

The black number also confirms 51 for SB0251.
