As title says, how can I get Creative Sound Blaster Live! PCI (CT4670) to work in Win 3.11, do I have a chance?

Is this card even compatible with Win 3.11? Any idea would be much appreciated!

No, it's not. There are DOS drivers for SB Live! but no Win 3.x drivers. The SB 32 drivers you linked above are for Ensoniq based AudioPCI cards.

But is there Windows 98SE drivers for Creative Sound Blaster Live! PCI (CT4670) that fully supports DOS? I mean pure DOS, not within the Windows itself. If so, any download link could be much appreciated!

If you want pure DOS drivers, look for DOS drivers, not Win98SE drivers. Take a look on vogonsdrivers.com, there are multple SBLive PCI drivers for DOS.
