Update 2:

I repaired the card. A broken Pull-Up resistor on the reset-signal (B2 on ISA-BUS Connector) caused the malfunction. So the bios file i uploaded was not broken and can be use to flash on the EEPROM (yes, on the Stereo F/X CD its an EEPROM, not just an EPROM).

Great to hear you got it working, Dosler! Also thanks for uploading the FX/CD BIOS. This should serve as a nice repository for any else looking for BIOS copies. Another card saved! I love happy endings.
