I guess it's 0,22 µF (220 nF). Simply because ceramic types aren't that big normally.
Over 1 µF (1000 nF) it's usually electrolytic caps.

This might be helpful from the original thread:

"I also put the 3.5mm jack on. It fits, but mine only has 3 of the 5 pins. The other 2 holes don't seem to be connected to anything on the PCB."

"The footprint for the 3.5mm jack has extra holes because the jack I used happened to have a built-in switch which is not used in this case. The jack you have should work fine unless the pinout of the jack happens to be different (which is doubtful, pinouts for these types of jacks appear to be pretty standard.)"

You have to be careful when selecting the jack. There are various heights available. The ones where the jack is flush with the PCB will sit 'too low' for your ISA bracket. You'll want one that is a bit higher.

does the card work with out drivers because my 386 is not seeing the card

There are no drivers. Software that supports the card can either autodetect it, or you need to run some setup/install utility to manually set the correct base address.
Note that autodetection in many games is rather limited, if you also have other sound cards in the system, it will probably never bother to detect the CMS/GameBlaster.

There's a DOS utility that let's you play music of various platforms. It supports CMS, too.
SBVGM (DOS) VGM Player

Creative had one, too.
http://www.vgmpf.com/Wiki/index.php/Creative_ … MS_Music_Player

Better tunes for CMS are Silpheed's credits tune, Monkey Island intro, Ultima VI..

The latter also supports Innovation Sound Standard (SSI-2001),
a rare music card for PC based on a C64 SID chip.
Maybe you enjoy making one of them, too. The replica was being worked on here at Vogons, too, I remember.
