Hi everyone,

This is a photo of my Fujitsu Siemens Scenic W98 build. I don't have much space so basically I have to put it away in a cupboard and bring it out when I want to use it.

For this reason I tried to add a speaker to the case in the form of the pictured 5.25 bay speaker set. The problem is, it only has a HD audio header to connect the sound (power is molex which is ok) and my MB is too old and doesn't have this header.

Any ideas what I can do? or if there are any better solutions for an on-board speaker? I'd be happy to just have some way to convert the HD audio header to 3.5m jack so I can plug it into my sounds card.

Thanks!

The sound of these things are pretty bad. LGR did a video on one to give you an idea what to expect. Your probably better off just using headphones.

But if you really want internal speakers your probably going to have to get more period correct and find one that has the audio jack rather then trying to convert once connector to another such as this
