Hi all, i have these old Sound Blasters: I've tried them all in various Win98 old PC's. These works, but often I get IRQ errors.
I've tried various drivers for all three, but can't figure out which ones are right. Can someone help me out?

Sound Blaster Live! CT4670 - 1998
Sound Blaster Live! CT4830 - 1999
Sound Blaster Audigy SB1394 (SB0090) - 2001

Also: since I'm not very familiar with sound cards, can anyone inform me which one is better for DOS games and MIDI music?

Thanks.

The Audigy SB0090 is the best card, its the replacement for the Live cards therefore benefits from improvements over the original design
You can get driver from here.

The 2 Live cards are for all purposes the same thing.
Both are a Live! Value, the standard drivers should work fine
This driver should be fine

Thanks chinny22 but my problems persists.

Drivers for my SB0090 SB 1394 in Win98SE works, but in DOS, games like Prince of Persia 2 and Wolfenstein 3D, playing from Win98SE MIDI music are OK, but there are gamesounds interruptions. (Installed DOS Drivers SB16 emulation).
Also: in DOS mode, in Wolf3D, I can't select Sound Blaster: PC speaker only.

I have a A7V600-X as motherboard. I tried that games also with SoundMAX: Sounds are ok, but no MIDI.

I think i need to solve IRQ conflicts. If anyone has other solutions let me know,
Thanks.
