Hi guys, I have an Aztech I38-MMSN811 - Packard Bell Forte16 - Nova16 Extra Variant. I've been testing the card, sound in general works, however when I test the FM sound in the utility, the left ear sounds normal and the right ear sounds pretty weak. When using other types of test for different sound output it sounds normal. Any ideas?

SB16 volume far too low and only one channel

could be a dead coupling capacitor, I think it's the biggest ones on your card.
could be a failed tda1517
could be something else along the audio path.

What tools do you have at your disposal ?

Right to repair is fundamental. You own it, you're allowed to fix it.
