Hello,
Could someone knows where i can find drivers MS-MOS for this old 1995 aztec sound card (packard bell pc from 1995)
the model is : I38-MMSN837

This ia a Aztech MMSN837 . This is a third generation card like Aztech Sound Galaxy Pro 16II (MMSN824).
For reference a picture of my MMSN824:
There was a FTP from aztech where you could download all kinds of these old drivers... but i think its down.
