Just send all audio outputs (PC, MT32, and SC55) to mixer inputs. Then send mixer main output to your amp/speakers.

I would also save desk space by ditching the MPU-105.
As both MIDI devices are fed by the same source, connect the computer to the MP32 IN, then the MP32 THRU to the SC55 IN and when using only the SC55, mute the MT32, when using only the MT32 don't power the SC55. The simpler the better.
Or vice versa according to which one you use the most, because of course THRU will only work with the first device powered on.
