I just found a Roland mpu-401AT but I’m wondering where to get thos minicircular to midi adapters or does someone has a pinout so I can make it myself?

Those should be the same as for the SCC-1, check this thread about SCC-1 cables.
There is a seller on ebay that sells adapters for Creative cards and another one for X68000. According to the info from that thread those should work.
I’m looking for SCC-1 cables and haven’t found a cheaper source.

although all 5 cables are connected you only need the 3 middle ones - the rest have no connection to the pcb socket so no need to bother with them

Close , I think it was about 280 AUD all up including shipping which was kinda pricey since it came from the US.
