Hello,

I have a non-working Soundscape OPUS. I suspect a corrupted pnp eeprom.
Does anybody have a dump that can share?

Thanks.

I don't have such card, but here:

http://www.os2museum.com/wp/dumping-ensoniq-soundscape-roms/

there is tool that is capable to dump those ROMs. So, it maybe helpful information...

[EDIT] I've just realized the dump tool ZIP file:

https://www.os2museum.com/files/ssdump-20180905.zip

contains a ROM dump - so I guess your problem might be solved - of course, 1st step is to make backup of your ROM using the tool.

that is the instrument rom, I was talking about the pnp configuration eeprom (128 bytes 24c01)

you're probably right, but the file "ssromdmp.bin" in the archive is only 256 bytes, I don't know what it is, as it's bigger than 128 bytes, but it cannot be the SoundBank ROM. anyway, I hope someone will be able to help you.

[EDIT] according to this comment:

"ssromdmp.bin" is binary of the Assembler that is doing the dump. So, yeah, it seems that tools is for SoundBank ROM dump and has nothing to do with the PnP ROM needed by @fjardest
