Hi to all. Need a little help from an owner of the subject.

Is there any owner of this sound card? It's known under few different names but two most known are listed in the subject.

I have one of those with traces of very bad repair and missing U2 IC and a missed FET transistor, Q3.
The first one is easily identifiable by looking at any pic: TL074 OpAmp, but the transistor has its markings on the side.
Could someone please take a look at their card and tell me the part number of that transistor?
Thanks.

Apparently it's a usual TO92 voltage regulator: 78L05, feeding +5V to AD1848KP or whatever chip.
After installing missing OpAmp and 78L05 I've got it back to live and it plays tunes but to me it looks far from ideal since the regulator heats to the point nearly too hot to touch, so it appears to be loaded and dissipates serious amount of power dropping 7V from the ISA 12+ power line. So, the question stays the same: maybe the actual part originally used in the board is different and has superior stability or efficiency or something.
